GVA To Speak at Real Estate and  Maximizing Gaming Investment Panels at Native Finance 2008:
REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT OPTIONS
At a time when the real estate rally in the U.S. seems to be yesterday's story, why even consider real estate for your portfolio? There are quite a few Tribes that have successfully invested in real estate deals, both in good times and in bad times. This panel will break down the complexity of real estate investment and address the factors you should be looking at in deciding whether now is right time for your Tribe to be investing in real estate and if so, how you should go about identifying and pursuing investment opportunities. While the panel will focus on domestic real estate investment (both on-res and off-res), we will also take a look at the desirability/feasibility of investing in international real estate markets.
• What are the risks associated with real estate investment?
• How can Tribes identify and pursue suitable real estate investment opportunities?
• How do Tribes secure additional capital or investors?
